Should woman take Tribulus?

I am considering giving this a try once I finish my Var cycle. I know woman don't have to do post cycle but I thought I would give it a try regardless. What do you think?
 
I haven't read anything good about Trib for women. It's my understanding that it will not help raise Test Levels in women like it does in men. I wouldn't waste $$ on it.

Thanks Daisy what if anything do you take post cycle to help maintain?
 
No I typically don't take anything. I just keep protein high. I get a little easier on my diet, but try to stay mostly clean (like 75% clean). But like I said, my protein stays as high on cycle as off.

What were you taking while on var (supplement-wise)? Anything?

Glutamine, milk thysle, tlyer liver detox, proburn.

I am worried first week I am off is when I am in Vegas. Not sure if I will beable to hit the gym there or not.

You shouldn't have a problem - you are only going to be here for a couple days. Yes, you might be off diet for those days, but that shouldn't make a difference in the long run. You could bring some shakes/bars to help keep your protein up throughout the day. Hell, I could probably bring you some N-T......think I can spare it? lol

Your hotel *might* have a gym, but it also might charge if it even has a gym.

I checked the hotel website no gym that I know of. If that is the case I may look for somethig near by or do some plymetric training well there. I am going to try to stick to my diet as much as possible well there.
Sweet I rarely buy N-T but I do like it. :bigkiss:
