And as far as how I got there was just cutting out all junk food....ice cream,chips,pop, and crap along that line and in total I have about 4 years of training under my belt BUT I am no pro is gear so I come to you guys for that knowledge! The last thing I want to do is wreck my body by being impatient
Exactly..
You could switch the ground beef for ground turkey....and take one day and make enough food for a week or @ the least a few days...I have a busy schedule too (3 jobs) and it's do-able...
