Yesterday I had to do alot of labor work, more than I have ever done in my life. Today my back and legs are sore as hell from all the work. Should I skip my next back and leg day or just lift through the soreness?

No I do legs on their own day and i do back with delts. That's why I said should I skip my next back and leg day and not back/leg day :D

I would try some light weight on both to test the waters. If they are just sore, a light workout can help work the soreness out, but if you have actual pain, I would definitely take time off. Listen to your body.

Just use common sense. Think to yourself. . .are you fatigued? Do you feel that you could give 100 percent? If the answer is YES to the first and NO to the second, then we shouldn't be talking.

Ah, sorry bro:D

Personally, I have the genetics of a wimp, so my body overtrains very easily. If I train when I'm sore, I will more than not, get sick. But, in general even for someone else, I think its a bad idea to breakdown when your body is trying to build.

I would rest up, and wait a few days before I hit the muslces that are sore. The body needs time to repair itself after such hard work.

If it is not a bad sore or around any joints...you would be surprised what icy hot and alleve will do...

Listen to your body and do NOT go heavy...
