What anti estrogen should I run and from what period of the cycle? And where would I be able to get it?

You'll get varying opinions on this...

If you know for sure that you're estro / gyno sensitive, then yes, absolutely run it from the start. Otherwise, 500mg test is a fairly hefty dosage...and de-ca only aromatizes slightly.... but if you add H C G during cycle, for that reason alone you should consider an anti-estrogen (A I). So my opinion, yes, run a low dosage of either a-dex or aro-masin throughout.
