Hi fellas

Looking for a bit of advice on if steroids are for me.

The thought of starting to use steroids has been on my mind for a couple of weeks now I've been reading up on the effects and the different types etc but still not sure.

Any vets out there care to shed some light on my uncertainty please?

A bit about me

Height 5 9'
Weight 88kgs/196pounds/14stone
Been lifting weight for approx 18months but now wanting a bit more size
BF 13% approx

Diet pretty much the standard
3500 calories a day

Any other info needed, just ask

Thanks guys

I've not had anything apart from the usual protein shakes bcaa etc
Out of curiosity whats the reasoning behind the 30years point?

Thanks

Nice one, thanks for the advice guys!

3-5 minimum, you're still new to the game and a young guy....you have lot of potential...stick around the diet and training forums....maybe let us see your diet....

There are also supplement stacks that can speed results faster than ever, without the need for juice. That's for guys who've been busting their ass for years and want to go to the next level.

I'm not that clued up on supplement stacks, any links or articles that you could hit me up with?
