Should I go Straight? What do you think?

You could always split it down the middle. Half straight and half curly.:D


I think that you should go with the one that makes you feel the best about yourself.


I will say that I know what you go through with curly hair. Mine is very curly and I have to keep it short or it turns into a fro. :fro:
 
hmmmmmm! Thanks. It's a big decision. It's a permant straightener. It will not come out until it grows out. I felt awesome with it straight. Still have to think about it!!!!
 
I don't know. Looks great both ways. Those last 2 photos were very sexy.
 
Nah! I needed to talk to my boss about working my schedule around classes. I decided against it. I'm home by 5:30 now. I only have class one day a week. I get to come home, make dinner, go to the gym. No pressure. I'm taking Black and white photography, just for fun. Maybe I'll get the bug again, who knows. I'll just keep getting more pups and kittens. It usually makes me happy!!!

It looks beautiful both ways. I prefer curly because my hair is so plain just long and straight, and I wish it were naturally curly. What does your husband say?
 
I typically like straight hair, but I think you look good both ways. I really like your curley hair look. I would do whichever is the easiest in your case.

I agree. If one hair style takes a lot of work to maintain, I just wouldn't do it. Husbands are never any help in this area:D
 
You look good on both if i had to pick one it would be straight!...however how about pulling out all the stops and cutting it about mid way up your neck and dye an ash blonde for that short and sassy look!!!! YEAHHHH!!!!!

I`d go with the more volume look. curly.

Unless you cut the length. straight.
 
If you do straighten, make sure you go with the Chi system. It's permanent and actually leaves your hair healthy, unlike traditional chemical relaxers. I relax my hair religiously and can say that although expensive, the chi system is worth it. It's also known as a "european relaxation treatment"

Keep in mind... girls with straight hair always wanna try curly. So your curse may be a blessing in disguise. Growing it out sucks too. Your features work well with curly hair but you look cute with it straightened too. My reco... stay curly and straighten with flat iron when You want to go straight.
 
 
Stay curly. My hair is very similar to yours, but just lighter in color. You will regret it if you choose to straighten your hair...it is expensive and somewhat damaging to your tresses. Just stay curly...it gives you more individuality anyway.
 
Well, this thread just proves the maxim, different srtokes for different folks. So I would say, wear it the way that it makes you feel the most attractive.
 
You are flat out absolutely SMOKING with the straight hair. I'm stunned. I thought you were cute before but HOLY SH*T! I actually got a lil twinge going downstairs without even thinking, no kidding.

I was going to get the Japenese straighteneing. I got a really good deal on it. I could always just buy a flat iron, I guess!! I don't know!!

your hair looks great either way - but sometimes we need a change. since you've always had curly hair (i'm assuming), why don't you go straight for awhile. like you said, it will grow out.
 
girls dont look good with curly hair. straight is too plain. get it layered
 
My hair is just like yours (even same color)! I would keep it curly and just invest in a really nice CERAMIC flat iron. That way you can keep the natural curl, but have it straight for special occassions (so you don't damage it). Works for me.

I have a friend that gets the Japanese straightening done. You just have to make sure you're going to a reputable place, so they don't mess up your hair. It's really expensive, but it lasts a long time. Do you know anyone that has gotten it done at the place you might go to?

Maybe he really likes it both ways. So wear it as it suits your mood. Sometimes with my wife I have a preference and sometimes I like it anyway. Don't assume with your husband. I took my wife to Victorias Secret the other day to buy bras. We were there about an hour trying on this and that. At one point she says - sorry I am taking to long to do this...and I am thinking "Whhaaaat? I am sitting here watching your try on lingerie. WHat else do you think I want to be doing?" Unless he has his face buried in the newspaper and does not even look up at you when you ask him, it probably does not sincerely matter either way. You are doable either way.
 
Damn.....I guess I'm the only one who likes it straight. I better save these shots because it looks like I'll never see that look again.

You look great both ways. I kinda prefer curly, though. My wife & kids (girls, 16 & 18) have all done curly for a while, & they look great, but they're all back to straight now, which looks great.
They say it's easier curly, though. They have all gone much shorter as of late, even easier.

As long as you're wearing that little blue sun dress thing, you're gonna get my vote!
