It would be a sweet gift for sure if she really wants them. :) I'm not a fan of them so they aren't for me but having said that even I considered it the first two years postpartum and would have considered that really sweet.

Yes, absolutely. Complete no-brainer.

but

My ex wanted a tummy tuck, boobs and vaj tightening. I wouldn't pay for it. I always thought it was stupid. She ended up going for the vaj tightening and tummy tuck only. It cost her like $12K. I did break down and pay the last $1600 she was short so she could get her tubes tied.

I've heard way more stories that go like this than actually go well. The women who are the most satisfied are the ones that had serious problems to fix and did actually look pretty shitty pre-op.
