Like I said I am about 210 5'11 and 19bf. I could lose a few pounds but overall in good shape. I bench 300 which I think is pretty good for 58. Work out about 4 to 5 days per week with some cardio mixed in.
The only problem I have is pissing sometimes and have seen a urologist several times. They scoped me to look at my prostrate and was told I have BPH. PSA have been steady at 1.2. I wonder if this can be related to Hemaglobin and Hematocrit.
I am going off till I find out what is going on.
Thanks

yes it is normal to have kidney and heart strain from AAS. but your levels are really high to the point i would be concerned with dying or ending up in the hospital
how bad a shape are you in? are you overweight?
i would come off roids for a while unless you are willing to risk your life
