If it's a rave type atmosphere then yeah. More than likely it's hot as hell and your in the middle of a human generated steam bath You should know it's not appropriate if you are the only one. Common sense rule there.
As for the ladies the leather pants and and the lacey looking bras are always turning head. I like a fit woman in a wife-beater. Then there's always the creative use of colored plastic wrap just to cover the Rack of Woe. Had a girlfriend who would wrap her DD's like that for the club. No compaints from the guys.
