Sharps containers

WTH?!?!?!
"For the safety of our employees, the State of Virginia recommends that home-generated sharps (needles and syringes) be placed in a Clorox or a detergent bottle and labeled "do not recycle.""
So what to do with my sharps container?!?! Guess I'll tape it up and write "do not recycle" on it.

Label it and put it on top of the trash container

I get a free sharps container from local Shoppers drugmart and return it when its full.
