Hey guys...I think it would be cool to hear about all of your experience with pro hormones...what works/what doesn't...and what kind of gains you all got? Anyone that can post any pics would be cool too.

I'm about to start a stack of Ergo 1-AD and Avant 4-A-Derm right after New Years, I'll let you know. Prior to this my results have been somewhat inconclusive.

Thats what I'm starting except that I'm using Biotest 4-AD...it will be my first prohormone cycle and I wish I could get some experiences of people who used them together...and hopefully gained muscle...I hope I'm not wasting my money.

Yeah that's me, I'm about to post my week 6 pic. my weight is steady at 205lbs for the 6th week. I'm trying to lean out a bit. I'll keep up with the phots post cycle to show how much I lose ( I figure about 10-15lbs i'll lose)

That's not bad, up 175 was it to 205 now. That's pretty damn good, actually. Our dimension are pretty close (5'10 200 lb). I was about 180 at the end of the summer, I've since put on about 15 lbs of fat though, so I'm sitting pretty at about 200 right now. I'm hoping that after the cycle and a nice cutting phase I might get to about 190-something hard and lean. Guess we'll see.

What are you gonna use post-cycle 69, I figured I'd give 6oxo and Tribestan a try.
