A) I highly doubt he helped designed anything.
B) If he didnt have an inside post game, he might be the biggest clerk workin midnights in a ghetto 7-11 store.

it doesn't matter how he does it as long as he gets the job done. Maybe we should just create a basketball league where everyone is within a certain size, and rename the NBA to the Basketball Skill League.

Pretty stupid post. You dont know shit about basketball.
Shaq skilless WTF. He is the biggest, quickest, most atheletic, and skillful center in the leage. An if you havent noticed, he has the best footwork of any center in the league. He annilated the defensive player of the year, He outweighs Mutumbo by 100lbs and is a hell of alot quicker. Back to the skills: he has a nice hook, great footwork, great rebounder, great offensive rebounder, the best passing center in the league, and when he wants to, the best shot blocker.

In todays physical NBA, he is the ultimate player.

No one can fuck with Shaq.
 
I'm not gonna say much on this topic, because i don't feel like typing a novel, but Shaq commits a blatant offensive foul almost everytime he touches the ball. If he doesn't get his way or his bogus calls he starts cryin to the refs, because he can't do anything else about it, because he has no game. All he can do is bully his way to the basket and dunk it, wow that is talent. The game is unbelievably called his way. I don't know if you all saw the game last night, but he took about 3 steps, dribbled, then took a couple more, and they didn't call anything. Its right in front of their faces, the damn NBA is so rigged its humorous.
 
and by the way, he didnt annihilate mutombo, everyone was very impressed by how well dikembe played him. He was right there punch for punch the entire finals. Hes just not the focal point of the sixers offense like shaq is to the lakers, so i dont know which game you were watching. He has talent yes, but no skill. Hes a lot more polished then he used to be, but hes still just a clumsy bully that is bigger then everyone else. Call the game like it should be called and he fouls out in the second quarter every game, at the latest. Kobe is the best player though in my opinion.

Not Dikembe;s fault that Duke University would go .500 in the Eastern Conference...that's why Mutombo won that award. True that the league is rigged though.

Jealousy will get you nowhere. Shaq also happens to be one fo the nicest guys in the league - he doesn't get busted for drugs or with prostitutes (like the entire Knicks team) and he gives of his money and his time for many good causes.

I know you played some ball and - no flame - if you played at a higher level, you would have a better appreciation for how a guy like that changes the dynamics of your offense, how just by being there he gets other guys good shots.....how he allows guards to take more chances because he changes and blocks so many shots...that shit doesn;t show up in score sheets....

Big men in the league bang - they bang bodies,...it's big dudes lowering shoulders and using forearms (on defense)....they bang and no one says shit...then Shaq bangs and he's stronger than everyone else and people whine that they're offensive fouls, when he's doing what everyone else did.

i've played against higher level guys and trust me, they were never special, just had the patience to listen to a coach.

reread what i wrote... i never said shaq didnt dominate, i just said he has the game not being called by the rules... how can you say that the things he does are legal by basketball standards? you know that shoulder lowered is a foul, always was.... just not for him. last i checked if a defensive player has position then he OWNS that position... i dont get how an offensive guy is being allowed to plow through the defender, yet a fucking forearm in the back is a defensive foul????

Realize this, who cares how he got to his profession? He is the best at his job. I wish some of you would look at yourselves and the profession you are in. How did you get into it? Lets say you are a stock broker, did you go to Harvard business school to get it? Who cares if you went bumfuck university to get a business degree...you are still a stock broker right?

Shaq deserves everything he gets cuz he is very talented and works his ass off. He cant help it he dominates--nobody can stop him.

no, just because someone does NOT play D-1 does not mean the talent was lacking... sometimes it means they didnt have the desire to follow directions... that was my point. some guys play d-1 that have no right being there, some guys get stuck playing pick up ball cuz of other issues...

as for taking my opinion seriously that does not matter... its all a matter of opinion.

Shaq is definatly a huge mofo and outweights everyone by alot. He is like the refrigerator perry and fuckin barrols through people and slams it in. you are correct... larry was talking about "recruiting" shaq during an interview with fox sports net during the finals... is it possible he was at kansas then? and wanted shaq to go to kansas? i dunno, but he said he recruited him.. for all i know it could have been during free agency a few years back.
