this is how I make mine:

75mg ephedrine
1/2oz 4 leaf clovers (dont even use those goddamn 3 leaf ones!)
4 egg whites
some anpb
2 scoops whey

some milk of some sort

then a whole lot of

Dude, that's exactly what I thought they were...I use a bit less ephedrine in mine though. More like 50mg
