Most women who have great figures when they are young just take them for granted.. 52 keg parties and 965oz of doritos later they're built like the average 45 year old.. So, then they see some commercial on tv about trimspa and they buy it, they lose what little muscle they had left. It truly is sad. Not you ladies though, you ladies fight the natural battle that is the decline of your physique, and you win. All the respect in the world for that, ladies! I can only hope that I find a woman half as dedicated as most of you are who visit this site on a regular basis.

There's a fine balance when it comes to women & AAS use. To the comment about getting asked all sorts of questions around the question of "how much winny do i take?" -- comes from the fact & my experience that most girls find out about AAS from their boyfriends or some guy at the gym who just said "winny will lean you out". And then later they come back "waaaaaaaaaaaah my period stopped', "waaaaaaaaaah my skin broke out", "waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I'm bloated". And then you're like, um yea. Guess you thought you could just pop some pills to "lean out & tone up". They often have no friggen clue about consistent diet & may have just picked up a weight but "want to look like Monica Brandt". I don't agree w/ a flame fest on the person, but the point is at least to get some idea of what this person is trying to accomplish & give them the tools to make a responsible & informed decision. And IMO mostly to make do the research and make the decision THEMSELVES instead "I put my girl on.... " or "my bf said ...". Holy shit, would you let your boyfriend "put you on" a dose of cocaine E3D to "lean out"???

Anyway -- that's my point on that.

To the article posted at the top -that to me is either ignorant journalism or trying to promote a myth similar to "Steroids make your dick fall off", but just targeted at women. That's the sort of shit women are up against all the time in physique sports. Use or no use - are they feminine enough, would you "do them", etc. Its sort of a no-win situation. And like shorty said, its still 90% diet. The diet & trainign part seems to disappear in the discussion.

In any discussion pertaining to AAS that I have, diet and training are a given.. I guess we really do need to take a step back and address the basics.. But it's like what can you really do to test the woman (or anyone for that matter) to make sure she's eating and training properly? Make her take an 'Elite Fitness Basic Physique Enhancement Examination'?
