Severe spasms and muscle twiching

So after long battle with insomnia + anxiety my body finally seems to return to normal after I dropped the test p and upped arimidex to 1mg eod. But that normal feeling didn't last long I now experienced more weird sides while on 600mg of test enth per week. Most severe ones I noticed are the random muscle spasms and twitching they are now again affect my sleep so im battling insomnia yet again... anyone here got this problem? sometimes I get internal shakes along with spasms and twitching. it is caused by anxiety? I did stop arimidex for a week due to the fact I felt better and I thought I no longer need it.
