Currently off cycle. I do about 9 to 12 sets @ 8 to 15 reps. Am I doing enough sets? I'm afraid I'm not maximizing my potential.
 
Your doing enough sets, but too many reps. If you can lift a weight 15 times then it is much too light for you, and you should add some weight. Never go above 8-10 reps.
 
Is this 9-12 sets total for a bodypart or for each exercise?

Does this include warmups?
