Can i get some oppiones on what the best amount of sets
to do . I work out 2 on and 1 off..I do two muscle groups at a time. Im thinking 3. what do you think? And also how many
reps is worthy in a work when building muscle and power???

bro when I'm lifting for power I do like 10-15 sets with like only 4-6reps and they are like as heavy as I can go , also plenty of time between sets to let the muscle recupe. I try to keep the movements simple , like just benching barbell and sticking to just squats on leg day and just heavy bent over rows on back day

oh yea and you got a PM to

Let's use chest for an example. I start with a couple mid weight warm up sets to get the blood going. Then I do two sets of maybe say 8 reps and then one of 6 with my heaviest weights (I just go to failure but it usually works out this way). If I feel like my last set wasn't enough work I'll add a bit more and do another set but that's it, on to the next movement. For the next movement I don't believe I need anymore light sets since I already am warmed up so I go two heavy sets again and move on. This keeps the workouts intense and quick, I've gotten great gains by doing this personally. I can do an entire workout and leave while they sit and do 50 sets of curls and dont grow.
