I thought warrants could only be served by sworn officers ? Served some warrants as an investigators and as far as I remember no security/baillif/PI or whatever were allowed to perform these tasks. Must be different out there.

this is true... kids to them are source of income. the more they have the more money they get from welfare and the more they use towards theirself and not towards the kids.

i have a neighbor that has 1 pickup truck, 1 suv, 2 cars, a harley, and a four wheeler. and doesn't work, on disability due to some reason (most likely drugs)
