Serious blood pressure issues on testosterone cycle

hey guys,

so im about 7 weeks into my testosterone cyp cycle @ 400mg weekly and for the past 10 days or so i noticed i had symptoms of high blood pressure (persistent headaches, running out of breath easy, light headedness, fatigue easily, etc).

so I just got back from the doc and sure enough.. blood pressure is very high (162 over 92) and that was after waiting an hour of just sitting still calmy.
so long story short, ive decided to cut my cycle short and start PCT (its hard to even work out because i get so fatigued so easily).

btw, my EKG turned up fine

so my question, in short is, what are some ways I can lower my BP while finishing out the tail end of my AAS cycle. Also, I planned on using nolva as part of PCT, will that raise blood pressure?

I'm already making sure to watch sodium intake, stay hydrated and the basics like that, but does anyone have any other advice?

Thanks in advance!!

No alcohol
No Stress
Decrease salt intake and foods high in sodium
Eat garlic or take garlic pills
Take co-enzyme q10
Increase Potassium intake while decreasing Sodium intake
No smoking

take Taurine and do cardio along with lots of water

RADAR

First off, use less. Secondly, there are lots of things you can take to lower BP. Incidentally, they will all be in ON-GURAD, though it won;t be out for a few more weeks.

Drink a gallon of H2o+ every day. Also just taking your blood pressure at the Dr office is not really that accurate, think of it as a moment in time. You should get a unit of your own so that you can plot your blood pressure out and really know where it is. Blood pressure machiens are not that expensive.

October 14th, 2009 – Hawthorn berry (Crateagus oxycanthus) is used as an herbal supplement to help improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system, and has shown a unique function in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive subjects.

A collaboration of several different studies involving 855 patients using hawthorn extract, in addition to conventional treatments for chronic heart failure, show increased exercise ability, lower oxygen consumption by the heart, and less fatigue. (1) In another trial, 92 men and women, all with mild hypertension, were given hawthorn extract or a placebo three times a day for three months. The individuals receiving the extract had a significant decrease in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure at the end of the three months when compared to the placebo group. (2)

The active compounds found in hawthorn responsible for this drop in blood pressure are procyanidins and flavonoids (specifically hyperoside). (3) Procyanidins found in hawthorn help induce nitric oxide (NO) release to stimulate NO mediated vaso-relaxation in the endothelial walls of blood vessels. (2) The NO molecules diffuse into vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC), leading to a series of chemical reactions that eventually increase the vasodilation of such cells. (2) Hyperoside is the flavonoid in hawthorn that contributes to the functionality of procyanidins by destroying the free radicals that would otherwise disrupt the activity of NO. (1) Contrary to what might be expected from a supplement used to treat hypertension, hawthorn has actually been observed to have beneficial effects for people with hypotension. (5) One study found that an herbal drug, of which its main component was liquid hawthorn berry extract, actually increased the systolic blood pressure of orthostatic hypotensive patients twice as much as that of the control group. Besides all the above good advices, raise up IMMEDIATELY your potassium intake. Supplement yourself with extra potassium, and consume potassium rich foods like bananas, raisins, almonds, avocados, etc...

Our bodies are supposed to live with very low levels of sodium and high levels of potassium. We do the opposite, which has catastrophic effects on the cardio system. And is one of the tricks for "science" to make money.

I have similar issues, and they are sporadic which is confusing. Went in for physical a few weeks ago & BP was 139/93 taken about 30min apart got the same reading (btw I was not on cycle at the time). Since that visit, I have been checking BP a few times a week (now I am on var & test creme & want to keep an eye on BP) & it has been pretty normal. Usually runs 120/70 range until yesterday, got a 139/91...it's strange because of the vairation. Seems the later I take it in the day, the higher it gets. Maybe work related stress... idk. Taking niacin, garlic, & red yeast rice to help it... thats about it.
