Sequel to GTA3 out on oct 22nd

I have heard some ppl say they have had a chance to play a demo of the game. I have not been blessed with patients and i need to get my hands on a demo or somethin. Anyone kno anything of it?

The release date has been pushed to October 29th.. November 8th in Europe.. I also pre-ordered this bad boy 2 weeks ago..

I cant wait to get my hand on that game. but i have stopped waiting for the dates, cuz in my experience they almost NEVER release them at the right date. Take Diablo 2 for instance, i almost died waiting for that one. And GTA3 for pc, they pulled it back because it sucked, and they had to redo it.

Yes. A great way to sell a shitload of PS2's! I bet Gran Turismo 3, GTA3 and now GTA: Vice City has been reasons for buying PS2.

23. Tommy is taller and much more proportionate than our beloved GTA3 Guy. (this means he won't have those stubby little legs like the GTA3 Guy...)
24. Characters are fully skinned.
27. Dual Cross-Hairs: displays both the exact target and bullet-spray radius.
29. New "crouching" maneuver.
39. Clothing ripples in the wind.
40. Reflective surfaces and real-time shadowing are greatly improved.
41. A new addition: the ability to shoot out tires, which affects handling physics. But wait-- police do this too...
44. Game's water physics and handling are completely revamped.
46. It will feature a new game engine.

Those are the ones of most interest to me - the previous one was awesome, but was still very cartoonish in play, the physics and such were still very game-like... which is dandy since it is a game after all.
but I like more life-like stuff - that is why I can't wait for
The Getaway.

cool deal - either way I'm not getting a system until July-ish anyway, and even then might have to wait since I'll be having to buy a lot of things around then.
