Sensitive Teeth.. and Crest white strips

I never ever had sensitive teeth! So I decide to pick up some of the new Crest white strips.. the most powerful ones. Need to start that pre-comp Put them on last night.. left it on for the 30mins and now I still feel some tenderness in my teeth

Says some experience it but it goes away. Has anyone experienced this with the strips? I paid freaking 40.00 for 10 days of this shiat and hell I'm gonna figure out a way to use them for those days.

Anyone know of any specific toothpaste that actually helps? I've seen a ton of different ones but do they really work?

I've heard that those strips can cause sensitivity.....I used to work with a woman whose hubby used the Sensodyne toothpaste & it worked for him....

I needed to buy something to try.. or so I was told to for the competition. The new ones may be stronger since its only a 10day treatment instead of a 28day treatment.

I'm gonna have to pick some Sensodyne up..

They are just constantly tender right now... Its not like when I'm drinking.. which is weird cause it doesn't hurt at all when i am.

i used them when they first came out when i was about to go to bed, then i actually fell asleep on accident After that whenever i would breath in my teeth felt really cold.....i would still use them

How long did that feeling last?

That is kinda how i am feeling except its a constant thing. and its getting so damn irritating. blah

well it will last for about a week after you are done using them, but they do work very well! So thats why i say go ahead and use them. Do your gums feel a little tender too? Mine did

No... gums are fine just the tenderness in the teeth. Gonna do this 10 day thing and see how it goes.

I havent used the Crest strips but I have used some polish thing to whiten the teeth and my teeth would also feel tender.
I still kept using them...

Hey lady crest has a toothpaste (in the same aisle as the strips) with flouride for sensitive teeth. It works awesome. You are definietly going to feel the sensitivity the more you use them. But at least your teeth will be bling blingin'!

Yep I've experienced that w/ the white strips as well as w/ the bleach from my dentist. I've been using Sensodyne exclusively for liek 5 yrs.

I've had that alittle too.... but it's worth it... Your teeth will be ultra white.... mine are bling blingin' yup I'm ready to show these bad boys off.

I had it too & asked my denist........he said no worries, it just happens to some people. If I remember right, it 'faded' like 4 days after I started using them
