semaglutide dosing stopped working

I’ve been on semaglutide for about 8 weeks. The first month I had a lot of benefits. Lost around 10 pounds, but since then I’ve had no results. Wondering if my dosage of .25mgs is no good anymore? Maybe my body got used to it? What should I increase the dose to?

After 4 weeks you need to double the dose
to .5mg. Every 4 weeks up the dose.
