Seizure!

New member
My first experience with a seizure: a long-expected little package arrived yesterday, opened and resealed with tape that said, I think, "Examined by U.S. Customs".

Inside the package was empty but for this slip (see picture). Should that be the end of the matter? It was a pretty small quantity. Or shuld I expect REPERCUSSIONS ...:(

I woulndt sweat over it bro. Usually they would have DEA or someone deliver the package, and then bust you. I think you are ok.

If they want to get you, they would have a controlled delivery. You are fine. The next time you order, you should have the gear delivered to another address since your current one will be "flagged".

You will probably get a letter from customs asking if you would like to claim it. Just ignore it and nothing will happen.

hello guys...I made several inquiries about "flagged" addresses....they "customs" do not flag addresses! I called customs in Baltimore. The women laughed and said that they would have to increase thier buget by a million people for data entry....she said they do keep "records" of seizures but no flagged adresses. I thought I would pass that along!

It seems to me the cost of "flagging" addresses, especially for small amounts of stuff, would be prohibitive. With the sheer volume of mail that goes in and out of this country every day, it's a wonder they catch anything at all.

the women at customs seemed pretty straight forward. I told her that I went to Maryland law school and was researching customs and internet orders from over seas.

She talked about some stats program that they use to "statistically" pull a random number of packages for inpection. She also said that they pull out and inspect suspicious packages. I asked her to explain suspiscious...the reply was a laugh and "I can't give all of our secrets away"....

She also said the bigger ports of entry...newyork, chicago ect. do deal with issues slightly differently. Depending on the director of that area...but she did not elaborate!

I would say that certain know international sources are flagged rather than destinations.
Such as listed ttoykko vets in Mexico or other know areas.
But I am glad to here that they dont flag.
I just had an order seized only $200 and I have a $2000 order on the way
Hope You are right:(

We had a reserveist who works for Customs, I asked him a few questions.. He stated the way it works is they have huge bins of mail and the Boss will say inspect bin #21 and they check all mail in that bin. Then he mentioned that they also get tips from people and companies and they check them as well. From what he said it didnt seem to organized. He also said that sometimes the packages are so poorly done the drugs just fall right out of them. Thought I would pass that along

They definately don't flag addy's...My friend got a seizure letter for 15 testex that were sent from peru about 4 weeks ago...He has recieved about 6 packages in the last week or so to the same addy and just got another with 2k dbol today...

flagged

i had a package seize at one addy, and received several packages after at the same addy. so i dont know is they flag addys or not.
