I am looking for someone to work with that will coach both on the physical and nutritional aspects of reaching my goals. I travel a lot for work so I need someone that is open to flexible situation (eg may have to check in every other week, share info "from the road", etc.). Prefer someone who is certified as a nutritionist as well. I travel for client business to the Malvern / King of Prussia area of PA most regularly from a schedule perspective so I think finding someone in that area would be of the greatest benefit. Need someone that realizes I don't always have access to the best equipment but I am pretty good at making it work out so I get in my work out (hotel work out spaces stink these days).
About me: female, late-30's, getting back in shape - I have lifted on and off most of my life, serious, good legs, decent arms and chest but need work on back as well as work to refine shape and fitness levels. Cardio is decent - can run 3-4 miles no problem.
