Seeking advise & feedback on first cycle & bloodwork.

Hey all, seeking feedback on my future first cycle that I'm looking to begin when I start bulking again in December. Much more research will be done before starting, so I'm sure the cycle itself is subject to change.

I'm 27M, 5'6, 165lb. Trying to cut an additional 5lb before the winter bulk. I used to workout 2-3 times a week for a few years in high school, but since then I haven't gone to the gym until the beginning of this year. I've been doing push/pull/legs 6 days a week w/ 30-45min cardio & I'm insanely impressed with my gains so far. My diet, in my opinion, is very clean(chicken, turkey, lean beef, vegetables, rice, oats, etc) & is tracked daily. My intake is anywhere from +500-1000 surplus during a bulk & roughly -600 deficit on a cut.

One day I was in my head & talked to my doctor about potentially having low T as I was/am currently feeling some symptoms. So, I went to a TRT clinic & tested at ~300. This was a few months ago & I've been toying with the idea in my head of going on TRT ever since. My thoughts are, if I'm at the very low end of the spectrum at 27 years old, where am I going to be when I'm in my 30s? 40s? etc. So, where I stand now is I already spend 15+ hrs a week at my local gym & home gym, why not hop on a cycle of test & boost the gains I'm getting as I know I'll eventually be doing TRT. I'm committed to the gains for the long term, I don't see myself stopping this lifestyle anytime soon.

My lab results are as follows, I can update with other values as requested.

Low - Test - 333 (Reference range 264-916)
High - Estradiol - 39.8 (Reference range 7.6-42.6)
High - BUN/Creatinine ratio - 23 (Reference range 9-20) - I take 5g creatine daily
High - Bilirubin - 1.9 (Reference range 0-1.2)
High - ALT (SGPT) - 55 (Reference range 0-44)

Questions...
Based on these results, is there anything I should be concerned about when doing this cycle/PCT?
I know the latter 2 are related to my liver, my TRT physician said it shouldn't be anything to worry about & that we'll keep an eye on it. Is it something I should worry about when cycling?
Should I just start taking aromasin during the cycle as my estradiol levels are already so high?
Is there anything I should change about my PCT? More/less of something? Is it long enough?

Nonetheless, attached is my proposed cycle. Appreciate the guidance in advance!

@Wavy97 welcome to the EF family! very nice first post and a clean share.

Low testosterone is not an issue you experience, it's an issue MANY men in the country are experiencing now, it's serious.
And being on self-TRT is the easiest way and cheaper, you can control your own outcomes and blast whenever you need.

Blood work
I think your blood work is a bit high and strange your liver ALT is high, thats not normal off cycle. I'm going to assume it's dietary relate and thats a big question for us.

Cycle
I think you using hcgenerate (n2generate) with testosterone is perfect but before you do that, we need to discuss your training and diet in detail as well as your supplement regiment and history. We are discussing a lot but a lot more remains unknown right.

If you want REAL help from the EF family, actual help to get you results, We need to know more about you, makes sense right?

Very easy, please start a NEW thread with your current LOG journal, no matter what it is or how much info you have, your original post here would be a start (can copy paste it) and add your DIET training sleep schedule supplement schedule and history; from here we will guide you into a proper TRT and blast

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Wait until you are ready to build. First cycle would be a waste ina cut.
Star a log with your training, diet and post some physique pics.
I would raise the test to 400mg/wk. 250 might be underwhelming.
Also you need to take N2Guard 7caps daily. Looks like you were planning E3D?

Thanks! I'll make a log and we'll see where it goes from there! I've also been thinking about going to get a physical done in the next upcoming weeks, so I'll see what my PCP says about my liver ALT. Although I've always been truthful to my doc, I'm just wary about mentioning self-TRT to him haha.

Yessir, I'm planning to wait until I can start eating in surplus again before I do anything.
And as far as N2Guard goes, I misunderstood the E3D term. I thought it meant 3 times a day lol, not every 3 days. Attached is a new cycle chart.
For the weekly dosage, I was thinking with just 250mg/wk, I'd still see enough gains to satisfy me(I'm not shooting for the stars) & it'd be enough to gauge my reaction to it as a first cycle. All while lowering the risks altogether and promoting a good recovery with a proper PCT. Do you think 250mg/wk to start would be worth it, if for example I plan to do 400-500mg/wk next year? I'd like to space out a decent amount of time before my future cycles. For example, cut, bulk, cut, bulk(cycle), repeat. Each cut or bulk lasting 3-4 months.

250 will put your levels into supraphysiologic territory so it will def help.
You also need to understand that drugs are not the driver of "gains". Diet and training dictate how you grow.
Drugs will assist in recovery and protien synthesis.
Get a log going so we can assess your diet/training/physique.
Honestly without knowing more about you it's hard to recommend you take anything.

@Wavy97 lets start the log asap today so we can start understanding you more bro its crucial
n2guard we need to see you using it daily like ED
but can you start the log and not chart anymore? I want to start working on your plan in log format so we can help you progress bro :)
 
trt is a very serious decision
before you decide to do it keep in mind you'll have to pin the rest of your life
 
why are your ALT levels high?
where you taking any type of medication
 
you have a good setup
you can run this and log it for us
