Seeing doc Monday- what blood tests to get?

Hi Folks,

I am seeing a doctor tomorrow and want to get basic blood work done for general health.

I've been out of the scene for a while. I am not on anything.

In addition to free testosterone, what are other tests I should ask for.

I had testicular cancer and lost a testicle (shit happens) so 1 testicle has to handle all the work. He's a triooper, but as I get older (will be 38 next month) I wonder if my test levels are decreasing, average, etc...

It wouldn't be peculiar for me to ask the doc to get some male hormone levels done.

I'm searching through some threads now...but direct responses would be great and very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Complete Thyroid screen (T-3 uptake, Total T4, Free T4, total T3, Free T3, Free T4 index, TSH, TBG)
Prolactin
Total test
Free test
LH, FSH
