I did my 1st and only cycle of sust 250mg/wk for 8 weeks last year. I gained 23lbs and dropped 1%bf,which brought me up to 216lbs at 12%bf, I thought I was getting close to my genetic limit. I kept all my gains, and now one year later im 230lbs 12-13%bf and recently, like in the past 2 months my strength is fucking shooting way way up. I feel I have the genetics to become a friggin beef cake. Im just eating really good and im not using any suppliments at all.

I am only going to do a bulking cycle every 1.5-2 years. I just wanted to say DIET is better than some people think, its probably about 90% of your results.

Its probably not as big as some of you bros on here but damn I just had to get this out, diet is the best drug, you just gotta keep it constant. Im gonna try to gain another 7lbs of muscle before my 2nd cycle. Wish me luck bras.

If you keep growing naturally dont jump on gear.
Wait till you hit that wall and cant get any bigger drug free.

I took that little cycle because I was at a big wall, but that little cycle broke through it and im gaining again naturally.


No creatine or glutamine. Just foooood. But not much fatty foods.

How tall are you and when u say strength is up what kind of sets reps Weight are u talking about
 
I here you bro.Food is deffinately the most important thing.I am currently off cycle right now and my strenghth has gone threw the roof.The funny thing is I use to be real anal about what I ate I mean I ate hardly any fats carbs etc..But lately I've just said fuck it I want to get big this winter so I've started eating more fatty foods good fats and more carbs.I still eat healthy as I can but lets put it this way if I got the mucnchys in the middle of the night and I want a bowl of cereal I have that shit.I have also started to cut my cardio down a little bit.And I've found that I'm gaining weight but getting a much nicer harder look.
 
diet is the key. i figured that out and i plan on following different variations forever. the thing with diet is time. 3 months of dieting is nothing, it took me 6 months to figure it out and now, going on my 10th month, i'm down 5 inches on my waist and holding at 200 while it's (my waist) continues to shrink.
 
i am also seeing great natty gains right now. came off cycle last month and after bloat dropped i was 197, now im 206. maybe 1% fatter than i was. lol, i quit my construction job and sat around eating all day and sleeping 12 hours a day for 2 weeks. I fucking love this, want to be atleast 215 before my next cycle.
its amazing really...pisses me off that i used steroids at all...

you know whats funny? all i can think of is how much weight i would be gaining if i was on...

230lbs, 5'10", 12-13%bf, 19.6inch arms cold.

My incline bb press was 315 for 1 rep, it is now at 4 clean no spot reps.

Shoulder press was 225lbs for 7, now it is up 225lbs for 9, and a new heavy set weight of 275lbs for 4 clean reps no spot.

Squats are up about 40lbs. Flat bench up as well but cant go heavier yet because my shoulder is getting better. Will do bench in a week or so. I usually do flat bench once every 3 weeks, I find it useless more than that. My last max out was 385lbs for one, no spot. I dont believe in a spotter unless its for your last rep only, and it has to be an extra rep. Im not touching my next cycle until I can bench 4 plates once, im probably very close already and I have another year to get there. I want to be up to 4 plates for 4 reps and that is as big as I want to get. Then I will cut up a bit. I say max 2 more cycles.
 
Bastard! No really great work. I am just wrapping my first cycle, I've broken a few physical barriers and alot more mental ones. I got good gains, but I don't think I'll need to run another cycle for awhile as I've learned even greater gains with my diet and inuslin. DIET IS KEY, period!
