Second var only cycle

Hey fellas, 23 yr old 195 pounds 6'1 prob 18% bf not too sure been lifting since I was 17 on and off but have not reached natural peak.

Have ran a var only cycle from a tried and tested UGL and the stuff worked pretty well, did a 8.5 week cyc at about 50mg (started at 30 then gradually upped it to 40, 50 then 60 for a while but then back to 50 to extend the cyc a few more days). Body composition changed, arms went from fat to hard and big, shoulders got some nice size and definition, lost a ton of fat off my legs and arse (and gut of course), and I'm glad to stay even though its been about 4 months since I've been off 75% of the gains have stayed. Will be starting Dec 17th.

Have been going natty since I jumped off, losing fat while keeping as much muscle as possible, I feel like I'm about 2 cycles away from getting the body i want so I can not use steroids anymore and just maintain (I'm not looking to be big, just lean).

So basically the lab is legit based on experience (using the same stuff as last time), and they're doing really well so I know the product works. I'm bumping up the dosage to 70mg, is this optimal or should I go 80? I want to get the most out of this cycle as possible, going to eat a restricted cal diet very high in protein and fats, will also be taking liquid albuterol for that extra bit of fat loss and energy in the gym (var sometimes made me lethargic).

Will be taking creatine, liver protectant, clomid or nolva for pct. How many cals should I be eating? My goals for this 8 week cycle is to shred as much body fat as possible while packing on a bit of muscle and hardening up. Anavar reacted very well with me in terms of putting on size with such a low cal diet which was surprising.

P.S. for anyone who is going to come in here and say that a var only cycle is stupid, yea I've heard/read it all. It worked for me which is why I'm doing it again, it's just easy, don't have to inject myself with needles and all that. I'm still debating running a test cycle in the summer, still nervous about the side effects. The only side effect I got from var was a partial shut down and extra hair growth.

Yea I'll have pct by the time I start the cycle. Diet will be somewhere around 1,800 cals split into 3 meals 600 cals per (can't do the 5-6 meal thing, and from what I gather all it does is slightly increase your metabolism when you split it up but I will be unable to eat that many times). Split will be 50/30/20 --> p/c/f/
 
To be honest, your diet doesn't really look that good. I know what you mean about having a hard time to do the 5-6 meal thing. However, don't confuse having 5-6 meals per day as with actually sitting down at the table or having to cook.

Have your regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. But in between those have 25-30 grams of protein and some healthy fats. Save the carbs for your three "main" meals. You can easily get 25-30 grams from cans of tuna or chicken. Personally what I do is buy those precooked grilled chicken breast strips at Publix. Buy some paper bowls or small paper plates, throw the chicken on there with some cashews for the healthy fat and pop it in the microwave. Add a bit of BBQ sauce if desired. The entire portion of that "meal" would fit in the palm of my hand. It's not like I am stuffing myself.

Or a high quality shake would make up for two of the meals.

Another thing to consider is instead of bumping the var up higher, keep it where you getting the best gains the last time you used it and instead just add in 30mg winstrol to it every day.
 
Thanks for the reply aap, I guess I didn't think about pre-preparing my meals, will give it a go. In terms of calorie count is 1,800 too low? When I'm at the gym I'm there for at least 2 hours including cardio, thinking I should bump it up to somewhere just over 2,000.

You sure about winny? Read that it does a number on liver values, I mean I don't mind taking 2 orals at once but I would definitely wan't to make sure I don't damage my liver. What would be the added benefit of 50mg var/30mg winny vs 70mg var? Thanks
 
I have always found winstrol to be a bit stronger than var.

If you are staying at the gym two hours, then you are really doing something wrong there. And on 1800 calories per day - you doing cardio too is going to really tap your CNS and keep you from making potential gains.

What are you doing in the gym for two hours? Can you give an example of your workout?

But yeah.. fixing food ahead of time is the best way. Those small paper plates (appetizer plates I think they are called) are like $2 for 50. You just get those, raid the free plastic knives and forks at Wendys or somewhere and each time you each, you just throw it away. No mess to clean up or any dishes to wash.

Any orals are going to change your liver values, but at the doses suggested here it isn't going to really affect you. I mean if they were that bad these pros you see in magazines would be dropping dead like flies because their livers imploded or somethign.
 
I'll do 5-6 exercises for back 3-4 sets each then about 3-4 exercises for bi's 4 sets each then 30 minutes on a bike after. I've been looking at increasing the intensity of my workouts instead of the old-fasioned set-rest-set.

Thanks for the diet tips I think that part will be fine for me, I always eat healthy (at least nowadays) it's more the fact that I feel like I'm hitting a wall in terms of fat loss, I'm losing a bit more muscle than I would like to at the moment. When I'm on cycle I'll adjust my diet accordingly.

I'm thinking the var only is probably the best thing for me now, after reading the side effects of winny which are some that I would likely be prone to. Perhaps when I run a real test cycle I'll throw some winny in there.

70mg = 8 weeks with what I have. Just a question though, after reading all the nonsense on the internet about the fact that var cycles (or any oral for that matter) don't work and you lose all your gains, does this have any scientific backing? I mean obviously when I ran var I made more progress in that 8 weeks than I had in years of training (although I was working pretty f'n hard those 8 weeks). Not sure how much was attributed to the roid and how much was attributed to training, but I was guaranteed eating a defecit (I would say 800 cals) and put on some good size on my arms and upper body. They say that since your natty test gets shut down blah blah, it's all so confusing so if you'll indulge me could you help explain this? Thanks again in advance aap
