Why would not not eating carbs help a person sleep and have "sweat" dreams?
Just a thought.....
I have done this and found that the sweats which he will start to feel at day 5 or 6 simply disappear, and I sleep better as a result,
I can get up 3 -4 times to change sheets, and pj, and linen, it is a pain, beside all the other sides,
so I don't eat carbs after 3, my fina will be here saturday and I will go 50 days at 100mg perday.
