Screw Karma - I'm giving out cash - Buddy Needs diet Help

Okay, to get a little life into the board, and hopefully getting some of the experts to post - I have a contest. The prize is $50 cash paid via paypal. The contest is to build a clean bulking diet for my buddy with the following variables.

HE:
1. is an ecto
2. Gets tired of chicken quickly
3. Puts on belly fat somewhat easily, even being an ecto
4. Will be at 185 ~11% when he starts this bulking cycle/diet
5. Will be taking 750mg test / 600mg Deca / 4iu GH (He has been on GH with me for 8 weeks already, and is planning to run GH for at least 8 months)
6. Wants to add muscle mass without adding fat

Here are some more variables -

Not too much chicken, turkey is okay. He loves shellfish but not a lot of fish (don't include fish in the diet). He wants to eat differently EOD(except breakfast and protien shakes) (So there will need to be 3 diets here). You can include crab and shrimp in this diet - he loves them both.

I have a diet layed out for him, but I am looking for some competition ;) I will reward the $50 to the diet that him and I like the most (And feel will yeild the best results)
 
Simple I win. Eat what he likes, (Pizza, chicken, fish, crab, beef, lamb, goat whatever the hell chocolate if he wants) every day but only intake no more than 2000 calories per day. Then do cardio at the least every other day for 45 minutes and burn at least 500 calories. I guarantee he will lose weight....

Whats his BMR and what has he been eating lately ?? And for how long ?
