I'm really trying to kick it up with the walking lunges and the squats with my feet out in front. Doing a little lighter weight to really try to burn it up. I have YES at home (not much left) and I keep forgeting to use it.
So I'll take a look at your plyo's and see if I can incorporate some of it in my leg day (which is TOMORROW!!!). I've made some pretty damn good progress, but it's the last thing to lean out on me. Everything else whips right into shape, but the 'ol kiester has a mind of it's own!!!! lol

I'm not going nuts with the cardio today, but I'll get it in. I'm one of those - no more than 30 min people. This body was not made for long distance running or continuous jumping of any kind! lol I don't know how you do it, Bunny. I'm a sprinter kinda' girl - don't have the endurance for that other stuff. I can do cardio on MACHINES (ellipticals & steppers) much better than just running. I can't run - not even on a treadmill - I feel like a dump truck trying to fly.....just doesn't work!!!!
