Sciatic nerve issue

Anyone ever hit your sciatic nerve while injecting. That freaks the shit out of me! Just wondering how common it is.

If hit nerve , you are not injection in muscle. Get someone to assist you or try delts or quads.

Cant say i have. If you're injecting in the right spot and with the right needle length it should be a very very rate thing to happen
