scary email server message about sources

I go emails today from a server stating that some of my email messages have been delayed. These were secure encryped emails asking source questions. The message said that I did not need to resend my messages only that they had been delayed. But the only emails that were delayed were questions about sources. Anyone know anything about this?:bawling:

And you're worried, why? If there were something "up", do you think that the persons involved would send you a red flag of any sort to alert you to that fact? Not that what you just stated qualifies as red flag either way. I've had emails delayed before.

I would not be worried. Being a network engineer, I see this all the time. It can mean alot a things, but nothing I would be worried about. Were they all to the same host, ie. hotmail.com?

That happens when the destination mail server can not be reached. The mail server you used to send the emails is just letting you know that it was not able to deliver them yet, but it will continue to retry. The retry period is different for each server.
