What are the most annoying comments that we see newbies make over and over and over…? I’d like to hear it so we can make a sticky or something and put it on their foreheads.

I was actually thinking about asking that as a joke. Surely he wasn't serious.
Anthony Roberts said:What some consider ill or un - informed ...may not seem stupid to others. And what some consider a newb (or vet) isn't to others as well. What I'm saying is...you may think someone is asking a basic, and silly question...and I may think someone considered highly knowledgable is asking something silly and basic. It's all in perspective, and we shouldn't make people feel stupid. Someone who can name 25 states brags about being able to name half the states, and someone who can name 47 often laments not knowing the other 3. Again, perspective.
It's unfair to say that someone with whatever knowledge base is asking stupid questions. Just don't click on the thread or answer them, I suppose...but ganging up on them isn't what I think this site should encourage.

And you are bagging people...testosterone propionate every day...come on bro. How long have you been in the game?

Anthony Roberts said:Most everyone posting on the internet is a newb, in my eyes, and grossly undereducate. I'd say there's (at most) about 5-10 people I can name, who regularly post on the internet, who really know what they're talking about pharmacologically/pharmacokinetically/anabolic androgenic steroids - wise, to my standards of that description. I see mods/VETs giving out advice that makes me cringe, all the time.

There's a scary amount of truth in that statement.

mattdan said:Yep,
And what's worse is people move from board to board spreading falsehoods. One board will say one thing for pc t and another will say something different. These "opinions" become fact and are spread throughout the web. I was a moderator at a now defunct web site for about 2 years and saw a lot of it.
Anthony Roberts said:That's really a poorly thought out statement. We're talking about steroid advice, and you're seeming to imply that sponsors advice is bad because we're biased...but none of us sell steroids, so why would our advice on steroids be biased?
That's really very poor reasoning. Even for you.

s8nlilhlpr2 said:Ahh, why thank you. I assume you mean your "p c t" products aren't designed to help with a steroid cycle then, and people should stick with methods that are proven to work?
But honestly, you seem to think you are the gospel in giving advice.
nolimitxxx said:Thank you - although i've learned a lot from these boards, I often find myself going in circles when I’m looking to improve my training. After a while we learn to take everything with a grain of salt but you’d better believe that there is several times the amount of readers as there are posters. But it only takes one bad post for one or our readers to spend months or years on a training regiment that he never knew was flawed from the beginning.

samoth said:Yeah, pretty much, lol.
You can tell who has any intelligence by what they write, regardless of any vet, mod, or guru status.
I think the problem is that so many people come to these types of boards knowing absolutely nothing whatsoever, so greek's about as sensible as cyrillic to them.

you never fucking stop do you...you just love being a dick head...how can any one stand looking at any thing you say.your nothing but a asshole...always always starting shit and talking shit...your a waste and any thing you say here just brings this board down.s8nlilhlpr2 said:Ahh, why thank you. s8nlilhlpr2 said:I suppose thats true to a point, but there is an OBVIOUS difference between someone that has done a little research, or someone that came off google and asked for juice. The fact that they had to decipher all the acronyms (which is a PITA) so newbs could see what we were talking about still bothers me.
I mean honestly, if you just read the damn stickies, you have an idea of whats going on. An uninformed person asking "best way to do injects" or "how to plan ____ cycle" is acceptable. Someone asking "wats da best juicey juice for 18yo for lean summer brad pitt body...." is pretty retarded...
dame right thats why I said I am here to help all newbs with any ??? they have.shame on every one for bashing on them.no ?? is a stupid ?? in my book we all have to start some where.Papa Lion said:they didn't expand all the acronyms for the newbs.... it's so the feds could stick you hard an fast when an if the decide to!!! no if an or buts... it's clear as day now!! it's actually for search hits.... so they can later get more an bigger sponsors, but the first pouint still applies!! but AR had a good point!! and none of us here would be anywhere without the aid of somebody else taking their time to help guide... whether it was through essays/arcticles or through answering posts!! nobody here was born with this info... and as B_light said... it's kind of our duty to repay the favor to those who took the time to help us!! yeah you can do alot of research and for every arcticle you read you can just get more an more turned around!! and then finally you just ask the base questions!! on a forum... and a good board you won't be shunned an turned away!! I understand really base stupid stuff... but I see guys here gettin roasted for relatively straight forward posts that would be somewhat easy as a newby to get turned around an lost reading through the i-net... so as AR said just don't post or stop reading but but flaming somebody for doing the right thing which is to ask somebody with more knwoledge for some guidance shouldn't get the pitchfork an torches response form the village!!
beenieman said:Perfect example, I was getting ready to run Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 250 2x per week with Sustanon 325 2x per week. Without reading, asking and learning about sides, aromatase inhibitor's and PCT I would be totally lost.QUOTE]
Yes, I think everyone here would agree that this board has provided a tremendous amount of support and knowledge to those who pioneer body enhancement.
What my point is: there’s a difference between asking questions that expand our knowledge base and someone who clearly does not take the initiative to do a little homework. A true athlete drives them self often beyond their limits – therefore creating muscle and endurance that is exceeds the norm. This is the heart of what we do – and when I see an increasing amount of people trying to cut too many corners – why should we we put in the due diligence when they are too lazy to?

needsize said:since most people here arent platinum, and therefor cant search for all the answers, then I dont see the problem with people asking questions, even if they have been asked many times before...in all reality, 95% of everything you read on here has been posted many times before
I do think its a little funny that people that have been here for a year or so, with no pics that I have seen to back up their "vet" status, ripping on newbies for questions they may ask....And there really is no thing as a stupid question, only people stupid enough to think they know everything and not smart enough to ask questions themselves
Anthony Roberts said:You're making the mistake of assuming that aesthetics are everyone's goal. That's a bit unfair, I think. In other words, you have your own goals, and when someone doesn't even pursue them, you're saying they failed to reach them.
That's like Aj420 saying he can't imagine why people are vets without ever having won a weightlifting medal, or me saying I don't see why someone is a vet without ever having played in the national all star games for their sport...etc...
needsize said:trust me, thats not my point...my post was directed at a few individuals in here that somehow imagine they are vets, so that gives them the right to bash newbies for asking questions that have been asked before.
Anthony Roberts said:People on the internet have vivid imaginations...
Anthony Roberts said:Well...Fonz got caught...Radar got caught...etc...
needsize said:it seems like most end up getting caught, but cause an incredible amount of trouble before they are...hell, I have even caught people on other boards using my pics, if you were gonna do that, I would pick someone bigger.....![]()
damn, report his ass to the state board that hes licsensed in for being a dumb ass. i cant live without juiceheadstalus29 said:5 years ago I had gone to see a doctor for a skin rash I had developed and during his examination he was asking if I was taking any medication so I told him the truth ...That I was on steroids and told him which compounds I was taking ...
Do you know what he told me (I swear im not kidding) That steroids dont work and its all a placebo effect..he proceeded to find medical journals to justify his position. I didn't want to argue with this door knob so I said maybe you're right (at 230 pds 9% b/f he's right I'm wrong.. sure ok)
Needless to say I never returned to that doctor ever again but my point here is that there exists a lot of negative press and a lack of info on steroids and a lot of bogus information on our beloved sport. If the doctors we see dont have any valued info to contribute and the media tries to crucify us then all that is left are these boards, and not every board is as good as this one..
I say lets put up with the newbies and their dumb questions because eventually they will contribute something in the future either out of experience or trial and error, we've all been there but without forums like these we'd all lose out..

nolimitxxx said:If your referring to ME then I should clear something up before you make any more assumption. Nowhere have I EVER claimed to be a “vet” or a “bodybuilder” – I do not like those terms because posers abuse them too much to make an attempt t qualify themselves. I am now and always will be just a guy who maintains an interest in body enhancement. This is for myself – not to post up on the internet so that I can gain respect or get a medal for what I already know. I’ve got bigger goals – body enhancement is just an everyday part of my life.
needsize said:I am just wondering which part of being a guy who maintains an interest in body enhancement, pertains to talking down to "newbies" for asking questions that may have been asked before?
nolimitxxx said:See that’s where u have it wrong pal - read my original post again and tell me where I am "talking down to newbies" – you’ll see that I’m not talking to newbies at all. Ur comming up with a lot of stuff that neither me nor anyone else here has said – you should really check your notes before u come in here and start swingin on my nutz.

and not that it matters, but that is me in my avatar, so I would say I have more than a passing interest in "body enhancement", but for some reason I dont feel the need to post comments like that about newbies

I have been good, my wife is due next week, so between that and my 3 year old, been pretty busy...think I am doing another show in the fall, should be fun getting ready for one with a newborn in the house

Its funny, whenever my son doesnt want to do something, he says he cant do it as he doesnt have "super big muscles like daddy"...great excuse for a kid that turned 3 in march. he comes to the daycare at the gym every day, its the best part of both our days.
I've been with my wife almost 9 years. Shes not into fitness, now she is eating everything in sight because shes pregnant and I cant say a thing...Her weight goes up and down, I bet she wishes that her weight would stay the same and she could eat anything...I think she hates people that can though. Shes having the baby on fri july 27(scheduled c-section) I told her she can come to the gym with me on the monday....somehow shes not impressed with me or the idea![]()
