Saturday at the Dungeon?

Guys, anyone who reads this, and especially the regulars is invited to train at the Dungeon Saturday. I know we usually do this on Sunday, but Sunday won't work for me this week.

Any takers?

If you would like to, you are welcome to stick around for grilled animal parts, and can go to Brian Jr.'s football game Saturday afternoon, if you would like.

Let me know who is in. I may need to go kill something for the grill. (need to kill, it has been too long, oops, was that out loud?)

you guys just come by here and snag me. i could ride the bus i presume. my mustang won't make it. i almost have it sold so perhaps when i get another vechicle my little team can make it up there for a training session.
 
Im out for the Saturday gig. Like I've moaned about...Inventory this week. I'll be there in spirit.

Eight bolts,
Ten Bolts,...shit gonna have to takeoff my shoes to count at this point.

Why does it have to be Saturday? I can make Sunday, but Saturday I will be in St Louis. Sorry man, will definitely make it down there for a "shirt day" before the meet.
 
Where's the comittment fellas? :D Well, Bmonster it may be just you and I dueling it out on the bench. I'm definitely in for Saturday. What time? What time does Brian Jr.'s game start? BigOkie, you need to find a way to make it over to the Dungeon on Saturday. Shirt work has to be the priority because we have so little time before the meet. You don't want for Bmonster and I to get a big jump on you before the meet, do you? :D I have goodies for you too if your interested.

Don't count me out just yet. I wish I knew that bigokie was going to be there...so there would be four of us. I would rather get my ass kicked three times over, than just twice.

That would be cool if you can make it to the Dungeon, Hannibal. I prefer to train with at least three lifters and 4 lifters is the ideal number in my opinion. I believe the trip from KC to Tulsa is around 4 hrs. which isn't too bad. Hope to see you Saturday morning. What are Spatts and the Project up to this weekend? Do they have committments? I'm still interested in training at the Asylum again but it probably won't be until the end of September at the earliest. We will plan something in KC again in the next couple of months.
 
Yeah I know...4 lifters is a nice number. Spatts and Project are going to St Louis to train, and I wanted to go with them. However, I NEED Shirt work if I have any chance of avoiding buying you b**tards beer all night in Sept.
 
Eagle Gym, Willie Wessel...gonna mess around with some Strongman stuff. I really want to play with the TIRE, but I don't want to have my ass handed to me in Sept either.

If Okie is in...then I'm in. Make it so....

Sorry that VDOP could not be here. But gotta make a livin.

Brian Jr.'s football game is at 4:00, so I figured to start training at 11:00 or 11:30, usual time, give us till one to train, then eat some dead animal from one to two, chill out and talk shop for an hour, and then it will be time to get "Big B" as he is called over to the football field.

Please do not feel obligated to stick around and watch, except for you, Screwball, he expects you to be there, but for the rest of you, you are more than welcome to come to the game, but don't feel like you have to.

His team has not lost a regular season game the last two seasons and usually scores 30 or 40 points a game. It is pretty entertaining stuff, and Brian Jr. is quite the force on defense (please note hint of pride here).

I also found out, I may get the chance to train at least one NFL player this off-season. Former Jenks player who now plays for the Titans and needs to put on some size and strength. How cool is that? Buddy of mine is real tight with his dad. Well the dad was asking Eric, my buddy, who he could find locally to train Rocky to put on some needed size and strength, and Eric asked me if I would be willing to do it. I am a bit fired up about that.

Hope to see you guys Saturday. Eat your wheaties gents. Hannibal, get a hold of me if you need directions.

Will be there, so Hannibal show up. We will definately do shirt work, don't know what yet.

mmmmmmmm...Beer, now there's a temporary solution.

I don't need no damn wheaties or beer...I got CELL-TECH. Yeah, that's right...going through a loading phase just to get ready for Saturday.

I hear that Cell tech is some good stuff. I hear you can give up steroids, live a healthy lifestyle and still be an IFBB pro with the wonders of Cell Tech.

Glad to see those bodybuilders can give up their 100K per year drug habits.

I know I'm probably going to get flamed for this but does anyone have a good, cheap source for Cell-Tech? I've decided to go to the dark side... :D

P.S. Is there any truth to making an injectable form of Cell-Tech? I just have to maximize my results.

Not that I know of...but I do know of an online source that offers kits for converting it into an injectable. That is if you don't mind a little "kitchen chemistry".
 
Well I tossed and turned all last night....actually did manage two hours of sleep. I just inhaled a pot of coffee, took a DOUBLE DOSE of CELL TECH, and now it is time to head off to battle.
