Clen is always the first entry into "controlled substances" that girls come across as "miracle diet pills". I think most will tell you that clen is waaaay overrated. The tightening of the chest & all that - God who knows -- clenbuterol is a broncodilator. It will make you feel like you are on speed and it always seems to make people feel like they are hungry. Even for competition, I still think it is overrated as shit because it may help a bit but it will NOT be the difference between being shredded up ripped or not. That's all on your diet & training. If anything, I'd see it mostly as a kick in the pants in the morning to do your cardio & hit your training a little harder - and that you can get from a big fat cup of coffee, your own ECA stack or a good OTC thermo.
