Currently using GW + Osta as part of PCT. Its 3 weeks since commencing Osta and I am impressed to say the least. I came off the LG a bit heavier as I had cut back on cardio and increased cal intake to facilitate the strength training adaption I was aiming for. Now for the first time, after 3 weeks of picking the cardio back up, I was happy with my running. Found my stride and was able to apply a bit more effort to the run. Felt good. My golf elbows continue to improve...still a slight lingering in the left one, but a lot better than when I commenced Osta. Also I have continued to gain strength through out the PCT and I am losing fat from mid section & abs. Another thing, I had a friend at the gym comment on my overhead press improvement as I have increased it to what my pre cycle goal was. Smashed a strength plateau...always a good feeling. I will be ordering more tomo while sale is still on.
