Sarms1 GW users

How are people doing with keeping the gains from Sarms? Any Sarms really... but more interested in the OSTA, S4, GW products.

Or how are they doing when coming off of them? Are they seeing an increase in fat content since they are no longer pharmaceutically enhanced? Or are they just maintaining at that point (not losing, but not increasing either). Losing vascularity? Strength gains being lost?

I never notice a rebound effect coming off of SARMS, unlike AAS. As long as diet and training are kept in order, fat loss is maintained and the muscle gained on sarms is very easy to keep

Are kept in order, as in not getting worse? If you kept, let's call it a "good diet", during the cycle... then kept the same exact diet for months after. You should keep all your gains? Assume the training hasn't changed either.

All the fat loss and muscle gains should be kept?

How often do you cycle AAS, Rick? I mean, just making an observation based on your post. Sounds like you've done quite a few cycles of both. Could I PM you questions? Or should I just write them all here?

i agree with you bro, sarms muscle seems to stick and the fat loss is all diet and training dependant.Keep it all up and you should be fine .

The diet is definitely crucial and half the battle.

Still waiting for people to say they don't work because they ate dirty the whole time on a cut LOL

even if you ate like shit on GW you would still enjoy endurance benefits during your workouts. that is actually the first thing I notice when I start GW anyway.. the fat loss doesn't show up for me till my 2nd month

I find it hard to eat enough while on gw. I seriously need to eat half à jar of pb every other night to make up for the increased energy and calories spent while on gw. Shits awesome

I am eating pretty dirty but they're still working wonders. Really hoping Ostarine is something I can run 3+ times a year. Lol.

As long as you take breaks of 4 weeks in between at the very least... Ostarine can be ran many times
