2. What is work out plan?
3. How long you been doing both of the above?
4. what PED’s have you used in past?
5. What supplements are you taking?

Diet, and work out plan are the most important. From that foundation you can start to build. Using stuff like GW 50156, Rad 140, SR9009, and S4 are good choices .
