SARMS S-4???? KArma to all

S-4 SARM is currently being tested by 10 athletes. Doses range from 100mg to 300mg ED oral. A member that was banned from this board is one of the participants. After 2 weeks he has reported increased strength, endurance & muscle hardness. Keep you posted on progress.

does it shut down HPTA?
 
I was using s4 100mg ed. 50mg 2x a day it's very fast acting you can notice the effects within about a half hour. You have increased energy muscle hardness and you appetite is through the roof. I couldn't get enough food which is why I stopped using it to save it for a later time. I was gaining weight but not the type I wanted to gain basically my diet was and still is terrible.

hey guys u might wanna think about not houding somone to use the search fuction when the last thread on the topic was 8 months ago .. bringin up compounds that havent been brought up in 8 months keep the board fresh ..instead of the same topics OVER &OVER..just sayin
 
Sounds almost too good to be true, doesn't it?

This stuff was designed to be a male contraceptive. It makes a man essentially infertile. The side effects are very similar to steroids but without the negative androgenic side effects.

However, SARMS is also VERY suppressive. Once you use it you might as well give up on natty T production, which may not be a big deal for advnaced users and guys on HRT.

The effects seem to be similar to a mild libido neutral anabolic like a libido var or primo in that it doesn't add T but will suppress in effective dosages.

Very interesting to say the least. Stuff like this really makes me miss Dan Duchaine. He'd already have a first hand opinion on it because you KNOW he'd get his hands on some and use it at full dosing.
 
From what i have read S4 does not shut down your own natty test! The side affects are nothing comparable to AAS, the only one that worries me was that in some cases your eyes take a while to adjust ie. walking from light to dark! but in every case once the drug was discontinued everything went back to normal! Also they cannot test for this drug due to its extremely short half -life. Again from what i have read it triggers a receptor in the brain which releases androgens. so basicaly it gets in your system, triggers some sort of reaction that causes angrogenic like affect and gets the flock out of you. Sounds like the holy grail if everything i have read is legit.
 
Looks like they have some suppresive qualities. This study was not done with s-4 but its a start. Seems most of the research for the drug purposes want it to suppress LH. To lower test and andr. stimulation to protect or shrink the prostate, yet still have anabolic propreties to keep quality of life high.

Abstract
Because of the limitations and liabilities of current testosterone therapies, non-steroidal tissue-selective androgen receptor modulators may provide a clinically meaningful advance in therapy. Using a functional cell-based assay AC-262536 was identified as a potent and selective AR ligand, with partial agonist activity relative to the natural androgen testosterone. A 2-week chronic study in castrated male rats indicated that AC-262536 significantly improves anabolic parameters in these animals, especially in stimulating the growth of the levator ani and in suppressing elevated LH levels. In sharp contrast to testosterone, AC-262536 has weak androgenic effects, as measured by prostate and seminal vesicle weights. Thus, AC-262536 represents a novel class of selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) with beneficial anabolic effects
 
sarms are just selective in what types of tissue they stimulate. They are even developing one that is selective to all tissue but blocks prostate tissue so they can prevent prostate cancer. It isnt supposed to have any effect on the htpa
The sarm that is going to be a male contraceptive is different then the one for building muscle
 
SARM 4 (Fantastic)

I started to use SARM-4 Ostarine 14 days ago at 50mg per day for the first 10 days and then up to 75mg a day at the moment. I was 10st in weight and lean with a bodyfat of 11%. I After 12 days of using SARM-4 I was up to 10st 3lb and I was buzzing with that. It is very hard for me to even out on 1lb in a month. I eat 6 times a day and have about 4 lots of LA-Muscle protein a day. My diet has not changed since starting the SARMS. I feel good and even though I have only put on three pounds, several people have commented that I look bigger and more ripped. Im 43 years old and for 25 years I weighed 8st. So since starting the gym three years ago I have gained 2st 3lb of lean muscle. The problem was that I seemed to stick at 10st. I spend a lot of money on LA-Muscle products as I have an account with them. I am considering starting 40mg of Anavar a day with the Sarms. I will let you know what I do in the future.
 
Old thread to bring up but after reading it, does this make men go sterile? I've been on this for almost a month and a half and want children in the future.

Just saw this, I was pretty worried about it myself, not because I want kids now but because I don't want it screwing up my sperm and making them all mutant giving me two-headed babies or anything.

While it starts off apparently claiming that SARMs act as a "male contraceptive":

US biotechnology company GTx presented results at last year's American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) conference in San Diego. Using a selective androgen receptor modulator--SARM for short--the GTx team was able to stop sperm production in animals after treatment for three months. Fertility returned after 100 days once taken off the medication.

If you read further, you find that SARMS is combined with a progestin hormone, and that together is the contraceptive:

While the animal studies showed C-31 acting alone in mimicking the effects of testosterone, Dalton hopes in the future to combine the candidate, or another SARM, with a progestin hormone. In this case, the progestin would shut down endogenous luteinising hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and testosterone, thereby inhibiting sperm formation. The SARM would be given at a dose that would maintain muscle, bone and libido--an effect similar to combination hormonal treatments being studied.

So the development of SARMS was at only to counteract the negative effects of shutting down endo LH and FSH.

Good news for sure.
