Sarms questions and upcoming log

Hey guys!

I've signed up for a 6 week weight loss contest to jump start my new year and get my ass up and moving again. It's a purely weight loss contest and judged on percentage of weight lost. I'm good with that. I have a lot to lose! lol

I've been looking to try SARMS1 products and figure this is a perfect time to do it.

I've seen this triple stack suggested for females:

osta 12.5 mg day
s4 50 mg day
gw 20 mg day

Or...do I just stick with the GW for fat loss? Thoughts?
 
GW does a pretty good job by itself, but s4 and ostarine really help with fat shedding too. There's a great synergistic effect between the three

Too damn cold for me. It's near 0 in the Midwest the past few weeks and it's unbearable

lol I'd like to say you get used to it but most days you don't. We're in a cold spell right now and it's killer. It's lots of incentive to get that beach body and travel more. :)
 
what is your bodyfat starting out? unless its grossly high, i would opt for the triple stack

It's grossly high! :(

But...I look at it as a marathon..this is just the starting off point. So...drop some bf....look at the next step.
