I read that you aren’t supposed to use sarms in pct cause it Can interfere with your recovery process
But i also read the opposite. Some people say you can use them in pct.

I want to try it myself and get bloodwork

Can you lay out a sarms pct for me and how would i do it?
I am coming off a 12-week steroid cycle
