4wks is a short amount of time to cram everything into. 8 would be much better, IMHO 10 would be what id do but thats just me.
8 weeks would be great I agree, but you can make some great progress in 4 weeks on this stack...especially with how fast GW and S4 work

I was actually planning on starting it this last monday but due to a stiff/sprained neck ill start it the upcoming monday...I will probably just be logging in this thread...
excellent bro... keep us updated... you will be very happy you went with 8 weeks as opposed to 4... you would be leaving so many gains on the table by not running it for 8 weeks... get everything you can out of it...

I've had the products since last week but haven't been able to take them - no idea what the hell I did to my neck.. but its been aching since last week its been a week and a half..
feels like the neck n spine area hurt - no idea what it might be - probably head to the doctors today... fuck i was so excited to start!
