Hey peoples, I am 48 years old and on doctor prescribed HRT. He has me doing 3 injections per week and 140mg total. I want to get deeper into the game and run more testosterone, like doubling the dosage up to 300mg or more. And then also add in some sarms. Also if I ran S23 would it shut me down even while on TRT or no?

The whole reason for being prescribed TRT is because you are already suppressed and the DR can tell from your blood work. So adding more steroids or drugs on top of that will probably not cause any more damage than you already have.
