I want to improve my leg workouts
My legs are too skinny
Iâm 5â8ââ and 150 pounds and 27 years old
when I do a lot of legs at the gym I don't feel much progress being made. I'm very weak and I have very small quads and hamstrings
My friend recommended i try s23 with rad140. He said that made him stronger.
Another friend said s4/andarine was the best thing to use. Should i use just 2 or all 3?
