Anyone start feeling sore while using SARMS? I'm on osta, gw and epi by the way. Haven't felt sore since I Started on 12/5/13 and today woke up a little sore.

Just general soreness like if I had worked out hard. Just haven't felt that type soreness since I started.
You probably just had a great workout
Sarms generally keep my DOMS to a minimum but it doesn't eliminate it for me completely like an aas cycle
LGD on the other hand keeps my DOMS way down
that's what I was thinking.

I think I had this happen to me too my first few days on GW.
Push harder and you will get more sore. I'm sure that's all it is
epi is known to cause aches and pains from the dryness it creates... that's one of the major side effects that are possible with its use...

True, I've been running Epi about four weeks, and noticed aches and definite dryness the whole time. Even stacking NPP isn't counteracting them completely, though it helps. Still really liking Epi, beside the aches sides are literally nonexistent, and results are great.

are you talking about muscle soreness or joints?

I was talking about muscle soreness. I had to stop what I was taking in hopes it would stop. The soreness did stop but now I'm experiencing muscle cramps very easily. In particular my left shoulder muscle that goes up into ny neck. Once I turn my head to look right I feel a tightness that I can't get rid of.

3 grams per day should be sufficient. Your issues sound like normal muscular tightness. My left trap has been tight and so is my pec. This causes my shoulder to be pulled forward making it unstable during positions that require stability e.g. pushups, bench. My left side fatigues much quicker and in general is much more sore than my right side. Go get yourself a deep tissue massage when you can afford to throw down it will make a big difference.

Ok. That's basically what I was looking to hear. Just wanted to make sure my issues were normal and not something else. Are these type of issues associated with SARMS AND EPI usually?
epi causes joint soreness,not muscle.but can cause muscle cramping.It is very common.

Ok. I am feeling better having now been off epi for about 1.5 weeks. Still getting some minor cramping here and there but it is not intolerable. I have also adjusted my diet and are turning to good ol portion control instead of keto. I also decided to restart the gw. I stopped everything when the intense cramping started.
Is it ok to start back up using my SARMS?
I did notice a pretty decent increase in muscle mass and hardness (not sure if from epi or the SARMS) and actually still have some of my gains and would like to push forward with my cycle but in the direction of more like a recomp.
