Sample of my diet

Ok, this is my diet plan... taken from monday and tuesday of this week. I am 6" 175lbs and I want to cut a little for a few weeks but maintain all my hard earned muscle that I have put on over the last few months. I know I need to get more protein, and I still want to keep my carbs moderate.. around the same level they are at not but I want protein and carbs to be about the same. Like around 40/40/20 would be perfect, I try to eat as much protein as possible but I just need to tweak this a little. Tuna is out of the question as I cannot eat it, I eat lots of chicken and turkey though as well as protein shakes. Thanks for any input :D

I am not wanting to cut large as I cannot afford to lose any muscle gains. I just want to lose maybe 2 or 3% bf so that is why I still have my carbs a little high, I want like 200/200/50. So yeah I will be cutting a little bit of carbs out, most of my carbs are consumed in the morning though before workout. Also red meat isn't as good as chicken, especially for protein:carb:fat content. Also I work afternoons tuesday-saturday so its kinda hard to barbacue up a steak at work. I usually eat red meat on weekends when I can.

I usually take in about 50g of carbs about 1 or 2 hours after workout, I take a shake right after workout which contains 25-30g of carbs. Does it look pretty good though? I will be posting more of my diet in the future, I'll probably post training and diet on the training journal board.
