Ok, this is my diet plan... taken from monday and tuesday of this week. I am 6" 175lbs and I want to cut a little for a few weeks but maintain all my hard earned muscle that I have put on over the last few months. I know I need to get more protein, and I still want to keep my carbs moderate.. around the same level they are at not but I want protein and carbs to be about the same. Like around 40/40/20 would be perfect, I try to eat as much protein as possible but I just need to tweak this a little. Tuna is out of the question as I cannot eat it, I eat lots of chicken and turkey though as well as protein shakes. Thanks for any input
