2 points I want to make
1. salmon is almost all farmed. even if it says wild they can legally put that to mislead you. farm raised fish is horrible for you
2. you buy sashimi or sushi type foods from a restaurant or grocery store it is 99% of the time going to be full of soy, oils, butter, sugar, and other crap. so not it isn't good for you
if you want to eat fish eat it twice a week and catch your own wild fish that YOU KNOW where it came from.
