Salmon Sashimi & Macadamia nuts

I recently was looking at macros and these two foods stood out to me on how good they are in terms of 0 carbs, sodium and sugar. Do you guys know any other foods high in protein that hold similar values? I have been smashing the sashimi and macadamia nuts and my weight has dropped and energy gone up. I am also eating a ton of veg on top of that.
 
well any meat is going to have low carbs and high protein bro

but keep in mind when you eat meat the body does convert that to sugar, people are under the impression they can just eat tons of meat and not gain fat.
 
Egg whites and canned tuna are super easy ways to get basically pure protein. If you want fibre then psyllium husk is another pure fibre. For good fats, whole eggs and avocados are my go to.
 
Any fish will have similar macronutrient profiles to salmon.

Any nut will have similar macronutrient profiles to macadamia nuts.

Mix it up man!
