safe use of arginine nitrate for woman

Hello boys and girls, I would like to get some info on arginine nitrate, and I have two questions:


1.what could be a safe dosage for females
2. some articles online say it should be taken 90 minutes before work out to increase energy and others say take it right after work out for recovery, what do you recommend?
 
1. The reocommended dosage of arginine nitrate is 2-4g taken 60-90 minutes before your workout.
2. L-arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide (NO). NO is a signalling molecule that induces vasodilation, relaxes smooth muscle tissue and reduces ammonia accumulations. It makes the most sense to use arginine BEFORE your workout so you benefit from the increased blood flow during your training session.

I doubt you will notice anything at all from using an arginine supplement but that's a different topic in itself.

If you want something to increase endurance and fat loss, look into cardarine -> http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/
 
There are much better options out there. For clean energy, endurance increases, and fat loss go with Cardarine. For recovery make sure you are eating a high protein diet and getting proper rest.
 
i used to use arginine back in the day and it did nothing except burn my wallet

if your goal is endurance then get GW/cardarine or SR9009 from sarms1, it will blow arginine out of the water

This is quite upsetting, as its true. For me as well.
